Please include your checkout email, approximate purchase time, selected audit type, and a short description of what happened.
- If your payment succeeded but your report did not generate, use your private recovery link to retry, or contact support for retry help or refund review.
- Wave 1 includes private recovery links when durable storage is configured, but no account dashboard. Recovery may still require support review if your link is missing or expired.
- Do not send payment card details. Stripe handles payment information.
- Reports are styling, grooming, makeup, wardrobe, color, and photo guidance only — not medical, psychological, legal, employment, modeling, or health advice.
