Generation Failure / Refund Policy
If your payment succeeds but report generation fails, contact support for retry help or refund review.
- Include your checkout email, approximate purchase time, selected audit type, and what happened.
- If Stripe charged you and no report was generated, use your private recovery link to retry without another charge, or contact support for retry/refund review.
- Wave 1 uses private recovery links when durable storage is configured. Save your recovery link and report pages; this is not a permanent account vault.
- Reports are digital products, but technical failures should be handled fairly.
- Reports provide styling, grooming, makeup, wardrobe, color, and photo guidance only. They do not guarantee results.
